SHAPING THE LEGAL FUTURE OF EMERGING TECH

Law meets AI at Bocconi
VISION
WE PROMOTE A DEEP AND CRITICAL UNDERSTANDING OF THE INTERACTIONS BETWEEN LAW AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
The aim is to prepare the future generation of professionals to navigate the ethical, legal and social challenges emerging in an increasingly automated and digitalized world.
This vision reflects the association's commitment to creating a space for dialogue, training and research on crucial topics such as the regulation of AI, the protection of fundamental rights in the digital age, and the impact of automation on society, with the objective of training students capable of actively and responsibly contributing to the development of fair and effective regulations in this constantly evolving field.

WHO WE ARE
We are a young association, born from the desire of some students to broaden the horizons of law as we look at it today
WHAT MAKES US SO SPECIAL?
What distinguishes our Association from existing ones is the exclusive focus on the intersection of law and artificial intelligence. Our goal is to create, in this area, a dedicated space, also digital, in which students can deepen their knowledge, discuss the most relevant issues and collaborate with the professional community in the search for solutions, both experimental and innovative, of practical cases that can offer a contribution to the definition of an innovative legal framework harmonized with our legal system.

WHAT WE TRY TO CONVEY
The added value we intend to bring to the student community is threefold. First, we will provide a stimulating environment in which students can deepen their understanding of the legal implications of using artificial intelligence systems. Second, we will promote interdisciplinary collaboration, in the pure spirit of the Bocconian community, by encouraging the exchange of ideas among students at our university. Finally, we intend to provide students with hands-on learning opportunities through application on concrete cases, and the return of their knowledge to the student community through workshops, lectures and papers.
